METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTORS WITH A TOP CONTACT ARCHITECTURE MADE OF CONDUCTIVE POLYMERS
摘要
The use of an aqueous solution containing a conductive polymer enables organic field effect transistors to be produced on the basis of opposing interface surfaces of a hydrophilic polymer solution and hydrophobic organic conductors, whereby said field effect transistors have a top contact architecture and the electric properties of the organic semiconductor are fully preserved.
