The invention relates to compositions containing (a) palmitoyl-D-glucuronide and/or palmitoyl-D-galacturonide in a concentration of between 0.1 and 25 mol %, in relation to the total content of the constituents (a) and (b), (b) a matrix phospholipid or phospholipid mixture, and (c) at least one active substance. Said compositions are in the form of liposomes and can transport active substances, such as pharmaceutical active ingredients, to their site of action in a targeted manner.
