PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled power converter which can be miniaturized and hard to leak a cooling medium at replacement of a semiconductor element. SOLUTION: The liquid-cooled power converter comprises a cooling medium, a piping, a tank in which a cooling medium is held, a pump which is connected to the tank through the piping and feeds the cooling medium, and a plurality of cooling bodies that are connected to the pump through the piping, with a flow path contained inside for flow of the cooling medium, and attached with a semiconductor element.
