PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of shortening the access time to an input and output module. SOLUTION: In the access to an input and output module 18, it is distinguished from access to other input and output modules 18 by a circuit for counting the access number from the control device 1 to make the control device access a continued input and output register 20 space during the access period to its own module, whereby the register addresses of input and output modules are made ignorant to shorten the input and output module access time.
