<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing device miniaturizing a holding part holding the viscera and improving the operability while elongating a suturing part. <P>SOLUTION: This suturing device includes a jaw part 31 pushing a staple 23; an anvil part 13 turnably engaged with the jaw part 31, turning about an engagement part and holding the viscera along with the jaw part 31; a cutter 18 advancing along the longitudinal direction of the jaw part 31 and the anvil part 13 and cutting the held viscera; and a wire 17 increasing the holding force of the jaw part 31 and the anvil part 13 by the tensile force at a part close to the tip part of the engagement part of the jaw part 31 and the anvil part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
