PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat bonding sealer for efficiently sealing an opening of a packaging bag made of a plastic in which an article (a commodity) is stored. SOLUTION: This heat bonding sealer has a horizontal base stand 31 provided with a seal bar 32 for pinching and pressing an edge side of the opening of the packaging bag from the upper and lower sides, and a pressing body 33 provided with a seal bar 34 facing to the seal bar 32. At least one of two seal bars 32 and 34 is a heating body for heating the edge side of the opening of the packaging bag, and a fastening means 40 positioned in the neighborhood of the end part of the seal bar 32 and fastening the end edge of the edge side of the opening of the packaging bag is provided on the horizontal base stand. The end edge of the edge side of the opening of the packaging bag is fastened on the fastening means, and under a condition where the edge side of the opening of the packaging bag is extended straight and held along the seal bar 32 of the horizontal base stand, the edge side of the opening of the packaging bag is heated, pinched and pressed between the seal bars 32 and 34.
