FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: after puncturing and washing out maxillary sinus one should introduce there hydrogel of 150-200 sP viscosity obtained by mixing polymeric sorbent and antiseptic solution through Kulikovsky needle. Then therapy should be performed onto area of affected sinus with electroimpulses of negative polarity with special apparatus at 1-500 V amplitude, 102Hz frequency; impact time per procedure corresponds to 20-25 min. If puncture of maxillary sinus is impossible one should prepare hydrogel at 250-300 sP viscosity by placing it into porous membrane at the quantity of 1.0-1.5 ml into median nasal pathway followed by electrotherapy according to mentioned technique. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and shortened terms of therapy. ^ 2 ex |
