PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of multiple optical fibers respectively connected to each of ferrules when holding multiple ferrules with optical fibers, and to hold each of ferrules with excellent workability at low cost without generating a trouble in handling thereof during the cleaning work in a grinding process. SOLUTION: A grinding fixture main body 20 is formed with multiple insert holes 23, into which multiple ferrules with optical fibers are inserted. Multiple presser members 30 are provided to tightly push a lower surface of a flange part of each of the ferrules inserted into each of the insert holes 23 to a holding surface 24 of the grinding fixture main body when the presser members are fixed to the polishing fixture main body 20 by the predetermined force. Furthermore, the grinding fixture main body is also provided with a rod member 40 extended upward from the grinding fixture main body 20 and having a handle 42 at a tip thereof, and having a cable hook 45 for locking the multiple optical fibers, which are connected to each of the ferrules held by inserting into each of the insert hole 23, at an intermediate part thereof.
