PURPOSE: A vowel-centered Chinese(English) input key board is provided to easily and promptly input Chinese(English) characters by removing a process of selecting pinyin to be inputted. CONSTITUTION: A key board is formed of twelve keys. The alphabets are arranged on the twelve key pads, wherein vowels and consonants are separately arranged. If each key is pressed one time, the first alphabet is inputted. If each key is pressed two times, the second alphabet is inputted. If each key is pressed three times, the third alphabet is inputted. In the case of vowel keys such as A, E, and I, N is combined with each vowel when the key is pressed two times, and NG is combined with each vowel when the key is pressed three times.
