PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication connection management server in which a user may use the radio communication connection server without being concious of cumbersome registration work. SOLUTION: A cellular telephone transmits connection request to an access point to the radio communication connection management server (management server)(S501). The management server transmits a registration form to the cellular telephone (S502). The cellular telephone transmits an information request, such as an MAC address to a radio LAN client (client)(S503). The client transmits the MAC address or the like to the cellular telephone (S504). The cellular telephone reads the MAC address or the like for transmission to the management server (S505). The management server transmits the connection information to the access point to the cellular telephone (S506). The cellular telephone transmits the connection information to the access point to the client (S507). The client can perform connection to the access point based on the connection information.
