<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overprinting apparatus which enables easy initial adjustment in overprinting without imposing a heavy load or an economic burden on an operator. <P>SOLUTION: In this overprinting apparatus which is equipped with an unwinding part 3, an in-feed part 4, at least one printing unit 2<SB>1</SB>, an out-feed part 5 and a winding part 6, feed rollers 13 and 14 for feeding a web by sandwiching it in between are each provided between the printing unit 2<SB>1</SB>and the in-feed part 3 or between the printing unit 2<SB>1</SB>and the out-feed part 5.
