Optically active "1 (delta)-pyrrolines of the formula (I) where: - * represents a chiral carbon atom having the (R)-configuration, - m represents 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, - R1 represents halogen or methyl, - R2 represents hydrogen or halogen, - R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, hydroxyl, alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, halogenoalkyl, halogenoalkenyl, alkoxy, -S(O)oR6, -OSO2R6, bisalkoxyborane, -B(OH)2 or represents phenyl which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by radicals from the list W1, - R4represents halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkyl, halogenoalkoxy or -S(O)oR6, - W1 represents cyano, halogen, hydroxyl, alkyl, halogenoalkyl, alkenyl, halogenoalkenyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkoxy, alkenyloxy, halogenoalkenyloxy, alkoxycarbonyl, trialkylsilyl, trialkylsilyloxy, -CONH2, -NR7R8, -S(O)oR6 or -SO2NR7R8, - o represents 0, 1 or 2, - R6 represents hydrogen, alkyl or halogenoalkyl, - R7 and R8 independently of one another each represent hydrogen, alkyl, halogenoalkyl or together represent alkylene or alkoxyalkylene. Compounds of formula (I) may be used as pesticides.
