PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent waterdrops or the like from being infiltrated at low cost by composing almost a waterdrop-proof mechanism of goods on the market. SOLUTION: The delivery apparatus is provided with a drip-proof mechanism 6 composed of a spacer 21 and an overhang part 22 for preventing water drops from being infiltrated into a casing 11 in the state of allowing rotations of an operating knob 13 and a shaft. The spacer 21 is fastened by a bolt 24 with the shaft 12 inserted therethrough to be mounted on the casing 11 via a gasket 23. The overhang part 22 is formed on the bottom of the operating knob 13 with appropriate depth and a size of a certain extent for housing the space while overhanging toward the spacer around the operating knob 13.
