PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary heating device attached leveling device so as to uniform a temperature of a screed. SOLUTION: The auxiliary heating device 11 has a heating section 12 and a magnet 16 as a fixed means. An arm 18 is rotatably connected to one end section of the auxiliary heating device 11, and the other end section of the arm 18 is rotatably connected to a part of the screed 10. The arm 18 is at least a pair. The auxiliary heating device 11 is magnetically placed at a heating position of the lower surface of the screed 10 in the case it is used. After it has been used, it is removed from the lower surface by operation of an operator with a support of the arm 18, and it is rotated upward to store in a storage position (shown in a dashed line) on the back side of the screed 10. Since the screed becomes a uniform predetermined temperature from a working state point, there is no occurrence of inconvenience in a paving leveling surface, and there is no rework or repair so that the cost is decreased. Good quality such as the secureness of the improvement of flatness or the uniform skid resistance or the like can be obtained to result in quality improvement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
