FIELD: defense equipment; guides projectiles and missiles. ^ SUBSTANCE: actuator with open control surfaces is placed on mounting table and voltage Usup is fed to feedback potentiometer, control surfaces are turned through maximum angle to one side (+ max) and to other side (- max) by applying torque of respective sign equal to torque developed by actuator; angles of turn of control surfaces + max and - max are measured by means of protractor on side of loaded control surface; simultaneously, voltages U+maxDC and U-maxDC are measured at output of feedback potentiometer; gain KDC of feedback circuit of actuator is determined by mathematical relationship and magnitudes KDC obtained through full-scale measurements are compared with nominal and limiting magnitude KDC calculated theoretically from mathematical relationships. Device proposed for realization of this method includes power supply source, voltmeter and protractor connected with feedback potentiometer of actuator which is provided with table for placing and securing the actuator with open control surfaces and loading unit for turning the control surfaces through maximum angles + max and - max; device is made in form of easily detachable balanced lever fitted on control surface and reference weight ensuring torque equal to torque developed by actuator. ^ EFFECT: increased informative capacity; improved quality of estimation of gain factor; enhanced reliability and accuracy; reduced labor consumption; low cost. ^ 3 cl, 11 dwg, 1 tbl |
