PURPOSE: A particle radiation therapy system, using charged particle beam, is provided to perform the treatment with aid of the charged particle beam which is safe and harmless for the patient without any trouble. CONSTITUTION: The particle radiation therapy system includes: a charged particle beam generating device, radiating the charged particle beam; plural therapy rooms(2A), having a charged particle beam irradiation device(15A); plural beam transporting systems(4,5A), transporting the charged particle beam to each irradiation device(15A) inside the therapy rooms(2A); a first manual input device, arranged inside the therapy rooms(2A) or a control room corresponding to each therapy room(2A), and inputting the completion of the irradiation preparation; a safety device, outputting the information about the preparation completion; a preparation completion displaying device; and a second manual input device.
