RECORDING MATERIAL FOR INKJET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material for inkjet with high photo-like gloss and color developing properties and good productive efficiency.

SOLUTION: In the recording material for inkjet in which at least two ink receiving layers each comprising an inorganic fine particle and a hydrophilic binder are applied on a substrate, the ink receiving layer A close to the substrate mainly comprises a fine particle prepared by grinding a wet process silica into a mean secondary particle diameter of ≤500 nm in an aqueous medium, and the ink receiving layer B remote from the substrate mainly comprises an alumina hydrate prepared by deflocculating an alumina hydrate fine particle in an aqueous medium with an organic acid containing no inorganic acid.
