<p>A solenoid clutch coupling adapted to prevent breakage of joining between an elastic body (30) and an outer ring (20) due to frictional heat produced between an armature (5) and a rotor (4). It comprises a hub (10) attached to a rotary shaft (6), and an elastic body (30) of rubber-like elastic material disposed coaxially with and on the outer periphery of the hub (10) for elastically connecting the rotor (4) to an outer ring (20) joined to an axially contacted/separated armature (5) by energization/deenergization of an exciting coil (2). A sleeve (40) is embedded in the outer periphery of the elastic body (30), and a fit layer (32) consisting of part of the elastic body (30) formed on the outer periphery of the sleeve (40) is fitted in the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring (20). The sleeve (21) of the outer ring (20) is formed with a non-cylindrical surface (21a) circumferentially engaging the fit layer (32), and axial stops (23, 24) disposed on the outer periphery of the elastic body (30).</p> |
