PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic resin composition superior in flexibility and impact resistance, and hard to delaminate. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises the following (A) and (B) with the weight ratio of (A)/(B) of 98/2 to 50/50. (A) is an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer and (B) is an alkenyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene compound block copolymer containing a block composed of the alkenyl aromatic compound of 42-58 wt%. As a preferred example, when the block copolymer of (B) is not hydrogenated, the thermoplastic resin composition comprises the above (A) and (B), and additional (C) of a polyolefin resin, wherein the weight ratio of (A)/(B) is 98/2 to 50/50 and the content of (C) is 1-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of (A) and (B).
