<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio portable terminal equipment capable of performing excellent transmission / reception at a low cost without performing complicated antenna diversity in a small circuit scale without damaging the degree of freedom of the arrangement of antennas when radio terminal equipment is miniaturized further and turned to the size to be put in a hand especially. <P>SOLUTION: The radio portable terminal equipment comprises: a plurality of antennas; a reflection power detection means for detecting the reflection power of power supplied to the antennas; an antenna selection signal generation means for generating antenna selection signals for selecting the antenna on the basis of the reflection power detected by the reflection power detection means; and an antenna selection means for receiving the antenna selection signals generated by the antenna selection signal generation means and selecting one antenna from the plurality of antennas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
