PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently release stress concentration of a connecting part of a cylinder wall and a butting wall without causing lowering of positioning accuracy of a cylinder tube in relation to a gear housing. SOLUTION: A first round shape part 12 curved from an outer peripheral general surface 11 toward an outer peripheral direction of the butting wall 10 and a stepped connecting surface 13 for connecting the first round shape part 12 and the butting wall 10 at a radial direction outside position rather than the outer peripheral general surface 11 of a cylindrical wall 9 of the gear housing are provided on the cylindrical wall 9. A second round shape part 14 having a smaller radius of curvature than that of the first round shape part 12 is provided between the butting wall 10 and the connecting surface 13. The first round shape part 12 located at the radial direction inside and becoming smaller in a cross sectional shape becomes larger in the radius of curvature and the second round shape part 14 having the small radius of curvature is arranged at the radial direction outside, and thereby stress acting on both the round shape parts 12 and 14 can be reduced as a whole, while greatly securing the butting wall 10 by the stepped connecting surface 13.
