PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a copyright content by preventing content data from downloading in a dishonest end terminal. SOLUTION: A regenerating key data for decoding and regenerating an encrypted content data at a player 6a side are primarily enciphered by an authoring system 1, and further a primarily encrypted regenerating key data are secondarily enciphered by an identity of the player 6a by a KIOSK terminal 5 or a Web server 9, and transmitted to the player 6a with the encrypted content. The secondarily encrypted regenerating key data is decoded to the primarily encrypted regenerating key data by a self identity by the player 6a side.
