A pump unit with well pneumo-hydraulic pump is arranged as chamber with floater fixed on it, immersed under level of free surface of liquid in source. The chamber by the upper section is connected to atmosphere through discharge branch pipe, which lower section is the seat of the discharge valve, and to the receiver of the compressor - trough feeding pipeline fixed by the upper part to immovable support. On the lower section of the feeding pipeline discharge valve is fixed, the lower section of the pipeline is the seat of the feeding valve attached to the wall of the chamber with trip. The chamber by the lower section is connected to the source of liquid with inlet branch pipe and back valve, and to the consumer - with outlet branch pipe, back valve and flexible pressure pipeline. Such implementation of the unit increases reliability, simplifies design and decreases its material consumption.
