PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display panel and a fabrication method thereof are provided to achieve improved contrast ratio and prevent a degradation of cross torque caused due to the light emission of adjacent pixels. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display panel comprises a step of depositing an ITO electrode layer(200) on a transparent substrate(100); a step of depositing an insulating layer(300) in such a manner that a certain part of the top surface of the ITO electrode layer is exposed; a step of depositing an organic light emitting layer(400) on the exposed surface of the ITO electrode layer; a step of forming barrier ribs(500) on each of the insulating layers; a step of alternately depositing a first metal electrode layer(610) and a first carbon layer(620) on a certain part of the top surface of each of the insulating layers, across the top surface of the organic light emitting layer; and a step of alternately depositing a second carbon layer(710) and a second metal electrode layer(720) on the top surface of each of the barrier ribs.
