A method for making a cos-halvah consists in obtaining sugar and glucose syrup, boiling out thereof with the following addition of the syrup obtained to pre-whipped egg whites in two stages, then other recipe components are supplemented and they are mixed up to homogenous mass thereof, the mass unloaded is cooled and it is divided into portions.
