PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which can be separable to label and card etc., has a low manufacturing cost and is allowed to freely set the shape, size and arrangement etc. of a label part and card part. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 consists of a base material sheet part 15 having an adhesive layer 13 and a peeling sheet part 21 having a peelable layer 19 which is overlapped on the adhesive layer 13 of the base material sheet part 15. A line for cutting a one part region 5 from remaining regions 3, 7 is formed on the base material sheet part 15, parts 19A corresponding to the remaining regions 3, 7 in the peelable layer 19 is subjected to electrical modifying treatment to reduce the peelability of the parts.
