PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a USB device having a USB plug to an external device through a USB cable conforming to USB standards. SOLUTION: A USB connector conversion apparatus 10 which is to be connected to a USB device 23 having a first USB plug 21 which is a data input/output interface to an external device 100 is provided with a first USB jack to which the first USB plug 21 is connected and a second USB jack to which a second USB plug 32 provided with a USB cable 30 connected to the external device 100 is connected, and the first USB jack and the second USB jack are electrically connected.
