<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a conventional medical video image recording device is insufficient for the evidence property of a video image and also makes a patient feel difficulty in judging which a medical organization is reliable regarding problems of malpractice and a medical organization lose a social reliance or a social reputation. <P>SOLUTION: This medical video image recording device is constituted in such a manner that a medical video image having a high evidence property can be left by recording a medical video image with various kinds of ID information embedded as watermark information in a surgery video image.
