The automatic preparation of stuffed squid comprises production of the stuffing for introductionn into the cleaned squid. Finishing, freezing, glazing and packaging are followed by storage for shipment. The stuffing machine, operating at 7 to 11 degrees C, consists of four stuffing dispensers with the squid inserted manually into the stuffing feeder. |
