PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden health instrument with an excellent using feeling and to provide a manufacturing method of such a wooden health instrument. SOLUTION: The wooden health instruments 1-3 can be appropriately moved by the movements of fingers in the state of housing at least two or more pieces in the hand. The wooden health instruments 1-3 are formed by machining a Japanese cypress material and the dimension is set between about 8mm to about 30mm. Also, in the wooden health instruments 1-3, the corner parts 4 of the intersection part of adjacent surfaces and vertexes 5 are rounded.
