PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet made of a polyester having a double-layer structure which has a transparent layer on its surface, causing no ply separation and yielding no blocking during the taking-up of a printed base material, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet has a substrate layer mainly comprising an amorphous polyester, the printing layer formed on the surface of the substrate layer, the blocking-resistant hot melt adhesive layer formed on the surface of the printing layer and the transparent layer, which mainly comprises the amorphous polyester, formed on the surface of the adhesive layer.
