PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the composition which can conduct simplification and exact inspection of the device which inspects the circuit board. SOLUTION: In the circuit board inspection device to inspect the actuation of the circuit board 1 composed of the predetermined components 3 and electric wiring, the support substrate 4 is arranged almost in parallel with the component side of the circuit board 1. In such condition, the circuit inspection device possesses the signal change detection means that consist of the coil 5 and the capacitor 6 arranged in the position corresponding to the predetermined component 3 and electric wiring of the circuit board 1.
