<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which is a chemically and physically stable unit material and develops a heat-sensitizing color from colorless or light color to black or brown and to provide a heat-sensitive recording composition containing the heat-sensitive recording material, and a heat-sensitive recording method using that. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording material is composed of composite particles obtained by hydrolysis and dehydration condensation of a metal compound wherein a metal hydroxide or a metal oxide is generated by hydrolysis reaction and dehydration condensation reaction in the existence of an organic compound having a hydrogen bonding functional group or an organic silane compound which generates a hydrogen bonding functional group by the hydrolysis reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
