<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow use of an automatic charge settlement system, even in a vehicle provided with a front glass comprising heat-ray reflecting glass not transmitting a microwave band of radio wave. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna transceiving part 101 is arranged on a bonnet or roof outside the vehicle, a light transceiving external device 107 is fixed onto a front glass outer face, a light transceiving internal device 108 is fixed onto a front glass inner face, and a device main body part 109 is arranged on a dash board inside the vehicle. Since communication between an outside and an inside in the front glass is carried out using an optical communication means, the automatic charge settlement system can be used even in the vehicle not allowing the communication in the microwave band such as the heat-ray reflecting glass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
