PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent formability, and providing a monolayer or multilayer film having excellent heat-retaining properties, transparency, impact resistance or the like; and to provide the monolayer or multilayer film. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a polyolefin-based resin, (B) a polyvinyl alcoholic resin and (C) a modified polyolefin-based resin.
