FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport and accumulation systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, loose material is loaded into storage by means of curvilinear conveyor closed in horizontal plane and equipment with intermediate re-loading device, is accumulated and subsequently discharge. Overhead belt conveyor is used as curvilinear conveyor closed in horizontal plane for loading loose load. Said conveyor is furnished with additional intermediate unloading devices, and discharge of loose is carried out through ports made in side walls of storage arranged in one or more horizontal rows by means of external side straight-line intake over-head belt conveyors and through longitudinal ports in bottom part of storage by means of lower intake overhead-belt conveyors. Lower conveyor are put in operation after finishing of operation of external side straight-line intake conveyors. In device implementing proposed method, closed horizontal conveyor is made multiple-drive, with overhead belt whose hangers are connected by endless traction chain. Additional intermediate unloading devices are made adjustable. Ports made in side walls of storage are furnished with controllable shutters. ^ EFFECT: increased capacity. ^ 5 cl, 14 dwg |
