COLLISION AVOIDANCE RADIO PACKET COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance throughput by reducing probability that each radio station generates the same random number value and avoiding collision of packets. SOLUTION: This collision avoidance radio packet communication system is provided with a random number generation means for generating a random number value to be used for back off control at the time of transmission of a second data packet at the time of transmission of a first data packet and for writing the random number value in the first data packet and a random number value determination means for receiving an ACK packet to the first data packet from a radio base station, for reading the random number value (scheduled at the radio base station) written in the ACK packet and for using it for back off control at the time of transmission of the second data packet when two or more data packets exist in a transmission buffer.
