PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a battery pack on a floor panel in consideration of maintenance. SOLUTION: This battery pack installation structure is adopted for a vehicle 1000 on which a first battery pack 1900 and a second battery pack 2000 for which a temperature condition of using circumstances is severer than that for the first battery pack 1900 are installed. In this installation structure of the battery pack, the first battery pack 1900 is placed in an engine compartment, and the second battery pack 2000 is placed under a seat 1120 placed on a floor panel and on which an occupant other than a driver out of the occupants of the vehicle is seated.
