PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color distortion correction technology which effectively uses a photographing region for a photographing object and conducts correction processing of correcting color distortion in an image obtained by photographing the photographing object, in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A color data conversion function K1 comprises a correction parameter storage function K2 for storing color conversion parameters for correcting color distortion and illumination parameters indicating features of illumination conditions into a correction parameter database 19a, by associating each other using each image data representing each image obtained by photographing a color chart under a plurality of illumination conditions; and an image conversion function K3 for estimating illumination parameters for image data representing the image obtained by photographing the photograph object including a white region under an arbitrary illumination condition, and for outputting correction image data representing a color distortion corrected image, using color conversion parameters associated with the illumination parameters and stored in the correction parameter database 19a.
