PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making vessel having improved efficiency of making ice with cold air and being lighter and strong, easy to assemble/disassemble, simple and efficient to transport and size changeable, and a heat exchange pipe having simple and inexpensive construction. SOLUTION: The ice making vessel utilizing cold air comprises a grooved body in a grooved shape having corrugations perpendicular to the grooving direction and a water stop plate for blocking the grooved body at both side edges, the grooved body and the water stop plate being bolted to each other. A heat exchanger pipe which is opened at both ends and has a downward curved portion and approximately horizontal portions at both ends is placed thereon. Otherwise, a heat exchange pipe is provided thereon which is raised from the inside bottom of the vessel up to a level near the upper end of the vessel and vertically opened at both ends.
