PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the misjudgement ratio of matching by automatically changing the judgement parameter (allowable value) of a block (small area) having a high misjudgement element at the time of matching between a master image and an image to be inspected. SOLUTION: In the image inspecting device, an image photographed by a video camera 1 is converted into digital image data by an image input part 2 and the digital image data are stored in an image memory 3. The image data stored in the memory 3 are read out by an image output part 4 and converted into an analog image signal and displayed on a video monitor 5. Simulation considering variable elements to be predicted at the time of matching between a master image and an image to be inspected is executed in automatically in advance, i.e., an image area to be inspected is moved and the allowable value of a small area having a high misjudgement element is automatically changed. Consequently, the misjudgement ratio of matching can be reduced. |
