An interface circuit (1) has at least one bidirectional input connection (pin A-D), at least one bidirectional output connection (IN, OUT) and a number of signal-controlled (K1-...K4) switches (17,40,38,43,39), and according to the signal state (K1...K11) the modules are activated, deactivated or set into a different operating- or switching-state, by which different analog or digital functions are assigned to them.
