<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film, which has a lusterless surface at least on one side, a low haze and high transparency, and is excellent in manufacturing/handling/processing characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film comprises at least one base layer B and at least one lusterless exterior layer A which is composed of polyester and contains particles, wherein the polyester composing the lusterless exterior layer A contains 4-30 mol%, per total acid component, of isophthalic acid component, and the particle contained in the lusterless exterior layer A has a median particle size d<SB>50</SB>of 2-10μm and a particle size distribution of 2 or less as defined in SPAN98 method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
