<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make radiation characteristics and gain characteristics of an antenna itself satisfactory by applying the same shape and dimension to the antenna even when the dimension and the shape of a unit change not by structure for fixing the antenna to a liquid crystal display unit with a screw, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This device using the antenna is provided with a cabinet (5) having a ramping thread (6b), the liquid crystal display unit (4) having a conductor on its side and fixed to the cabinet so that its side is adjacent to the ramping thread and the antenna (7), the antenna is composed of a supporting part (10) supported by the cabinet so as to straddle the ramping thread, a ground contact spring (14) extending from the supporting part to the side of the unit and brought into contact with the side of the unit and an antenna element (20) extending from the supporting part to the opposite side of the supporting part regarding the ground contact spring and the supporting part, the ground contact spring and the antenna element are integrally formed of metal plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
