PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for the height of placing or scattering out sediment, capable of grasping the influence of inflow or landslide of solidified soil in the process of being placed or scattered out, fixing the measurement direction, and increasing the surveying area to improve the surveying efficiency. SOLUTION: Two RTK-GPS antennas are mounted on the upper side of a rotatable vertical shaft 2, a laser profiler 4 is set up at the lower end of the vertical shaft 2, and a device for placing or scattering out sediment is provided to the position below the laser profiler 4.
