PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web roll packaging device capable of automatically performing winding through packaging of a web roll. SOLUTION: The web roll packaging device 1 comprises a delivery means 3 to delivery a packaging sheet S from a packaging reeled material 2, a pasting means 4 to form an adhesive layer on one side S0 of the packaging sheet S, a cutter 5 to separate the packaging sheet S from the packaging reeled material 2, and a pressing device 6 to press one side S0 of the packaging sheet S against a circumferential surface W0 of a web roll W. The pressing device 6 consists of two conveyors 7 and 8 with endless flexible bodies 70 and 80 wound around each of four rotary rings 60 comprising two sets of two-row-ring arrangement, and one end portion 81 of one conveyor 8 extends from one end portion 71 of the other conveyor 7 pressed against one surface S0 of the packaging sheet S.
