<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and compact humidifier preventing abnormal noise from occurring at a support frame part for storing a heater disposed at the air outlet side of a blower and also preventing air passing resistance from being increased. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifier comprises a water tank part 36, a water supply water tank 23 for supply a constant amount of water into the water tank part 36, a suction port 32 for taking indoor dry air therein, an outlet port 33 for feeding wet air indoors, a blower 30 disposed in an air passage communicating between both ports 32 and 33, the heater 34 disposed on the outlet side of the blower 30, a support frame 35 storing the heater 34, and an evaporating filter 37 formed by pleating a highly water absorbent sheet-like raw material with small holes and having a lower part soaked in water in the water tank part 36. Also, in the humidifier, after the indoor dry air sucked from the suction port 32 by the blower 30 is passed through the heater 34 for heating, the indoor dry air is passed through a vaporizing filter 37 wetted by the water in the water tank part 36 and blown from the outlet port 33, and a plurality of holes 35a are drilled around the support frame 35 storing the heater 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
