<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting type touch panel device having good operation feeling when a display part is pressed, and preventing the generation of uneven lighting by uniformly irradiating light onto the whole operation surface. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel device is equipped with a pair of substrates 3a, 3b on which conductive layers 6a, 6b are formed on the facing surfaces; a back light unit 18 arranged on the back side of the substrates 3a, 3b; a light diffusion layer 11 arranged on the surface side of the substrates 3a, 3b; and an operation feeling increasing layer 7 having elastic force, and generating stress resisting the pressing force when pressed in the back direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
