PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire of realizing high drainage capability on a wet road while restraining pattern noises and high improvement effect of steering stability on a dry road and the wet road. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire comprises side circumferential grooves 6, 7 arranged in both side portions of a tread 1 and continuous in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of sloped grooves 2, 3 extending from the side circumferential grooves 6, 7 to a tire equator line side. An acute angle land portion 10 partitioned by the side circumferential grooves 6, 7 and the sloped grooves 2, 3 comprises a tread pattern of which an angleαof a tip 13 crossing ridge lines 11, 12 is≤40°. The acute angle land portion 10 comprises an extension land portion 15 extending a side wall of the sloped grooves 2, 3 toward an extended direction while gradually expanding to the side circumferential grooves 6, 7.
