PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to miniaturize a crystal oscillator where an adjustment terminal for writing temperature compensation data is installed on a side of a package which stores a crystal resonator and oscillation circuit IC. SOLUTION: Temperature compensation data are written from the adjusting terminals 17 on the upper surface of each of ICs divided into a wafer-like shape and are connected with each other. The crystal resonator 14 and metal balls 15 as oscillator input/output terminals are directly fixed to the lower surface of each of the ICs so as to constitute the oscillator.
